• Payments are made directly to our bank account.

• We do accept credit cards through online payments only.

• All prices include GST where applicable.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• All orders are sent via Post Shop with Track and Trace and require a signature.

• Shipping charges apply for both New Zealand and Australia.

• Delivery times may vary depending on location.

3. Custom Orders

• We do not accept custom moulding requests or personal colour changes for our taonga.

• School, group, or kapa haka bulk orders are welcome; please provide a GST number.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our handmade products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is incorrect.

• Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order.

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs and products are the property of Maori Treasures/Taonga Whiri Resin.

• Reproduction, copying, or resale of our designs is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability

Maori Treasures / Taonga Whiri Resin is not responsible for delays, lost items, or damage caused during shipping.
